The smart wearable market is growing rapidly with total global shipments reaching over 100 million units for the first time in Q1 2021, up 34.4 percent year on year, according to the latest IDC report. In response to the rising demand for wireless connectivity, health monitoring, and smart interaction, Goodix has developed a high-quality set of innovative solutions for intelligent wearables.
• Bluetooth LE SoC: High-speed and Low-power Connection
As an integral part of the IoT evolution, wireless technology plays a pivotal role in augmenting the efficiency and responsiveness of wearable devices. Goodix's Bluetooth LE SoC series is extensively utilized in applications such as smart bands/watches, active stylus, electronic shelf labels (ESL), and trackers. Featuring ultra-low power, superior graphic rendering capability, and high-speed RF performance, the solution offers wearables a longer battery life, more stable performance, and seamless connection to consumers.
Goodix’s Bluetooth LE SoC
Goodix also provides Bluetooth LE SoC single-chip/dual-chip solutions for wearables. The solutions, capable of functioning with audio amplifiers, ANC audio codec, health sensors, etc., can serve as a master processor/coprocessor to support expanded functionalities. Furthermore, Goodix is currently developing a new generation Bluetooth LE SoC that supports the latest Bluetooth 5.2. The goal is to offer more robust performance with low-power consumption capable of accommodating the diversified demands of the evolving wearable devices.
• Health Sensor + VersaSensor+ ANC: Empowering Diversified Applications
